Material futures: What might ownership of things look like five years from now?
This work explores a plausible future mundane around everyday things through design fiction. Material futures is a fictional account of the year 2025. Situated in Oslo, Norway, the narrative is constructed around the speculation about the practices around possession and dispossession of everyday things in the near future. The "what-ifs" are expressed through stories of designed fictional products and services.
